Villas or apartments for short-term rent in Dubai are overseen by Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing Unlike long-term rentals, short-term rental contracts do not have to be registered in the Ejari system. Instead, short-term rentals are regulated by Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM). It's important that you choose a property management company that is registered and Licensed by the Dubai Land Department and DTCM.
